If I transfer a guildhall to another player in my guild, will all the items stay in the guildhall?

Let's say I'm deciding to transfer the guildhall to a member of my guild. Will all the items be sent to my depot's inbox or remain in the guildhall?

Like any other house, rules go by the same way for guildhouses, the only difference is that the owner has to be the leader of the guild. So, yeah, all the items that are not store items will remain in the guildhouse.
