What is the suggested Magic Level for my Level as a Paladin?

Hey! Pretty good question, if you ask me =)

My little level 60 Paladin has magic level 22 without loyalty and I achieved it by just using weekly training wands instead of training bow as well as doing magic level offline training. My rough estimation is as follows:
