What exactly does the Memorial display?

As per Tibia Wiki.

"Players can see the list of all characters on their Game World that own at least the basic Golden Outfit upon using a memorial."

I was going through list of Golden Outfit Owners https://www.tibia.com/forum/?action=thread&threadid=4739113  and I realised that Rubini Knight  (Lutabra) on the list has changed name and the World. 

Does it actually show list of characters that own Golden Outfit (including character transfers) or it shows the name of the characters which spent money on the word till now (excluding characters transfers)? 

Also, does it update "new name" on Memorial or remain with the former name on which Golden outfit was done?

The Memorial displays players who obtained the Golden Outfit and Royal Costume outfits in-game.

Q: What will happen if a player gets deleted, changes name, changes worlds or there is a server merge?
A: The golden lists will be merged together as well. In case of a name change, the name changes as well. Q: What is the criteria display for names in each category of the memorial? Is it alphabetical? Is it by date?

Here's what the Memorial looks like for example currently on Pacera (the memorial will only show you the server in which your on)-
