I remember when there was only 1 depo locker for each city. When was global depot introduced?

Hi, this change was introduced in 2015 winter update. I believe they also limited the amount of items you could store in your overall depot on that update. They also implemented depot lockers with their numbers, according to the city they once particularly belonged.
