If I fail the boss in Warzone 1-3 (I fight the boss but we fail and run to the teleport), can I enter again to fight the same boss before the 20 hours??

Unfortunately you can not fight the boss again, after you leave the boss room you must wait 20 hours to enter the room again, no matters if you kill the boss or not.
