Is it possible to avoid getting the "root" condition?

Question

On Rotten Wasteland, (one of the areas of the Soul War Quest) there are two monsters that can Root you in place: Rotten Golem and Branchy Crawler. I already know from an old question that this condition has 3 sec duration and that it isn't possible to remove it with a spell, so once you got "Rooted" you only have to wait, but I wanna know if there is a way to avoid getting this condition?

If you want to make a quest only you can run fastly and monsters won't "root" you. They must see you for a while to attack you this way. However if you want to hunt there, it is impossible to avoid this attack.

The same works "fear" attack.

the root condition doesnt makes any damage at all, but while being root you can receive damage hope this helps you
