I know, that Crustacea Gigantica has quite a lot of spawn places among Tibia, like Treasure Island or Seacrest Grounds west from Rathleton.

How about Calassa?

What is more, please tell me how much time after the 1st spawn on the south spot I can check her on the northern spot?

3~4 days, in calassa the first is born in the south and after 5 hours it is born in the north
