Lowest level to tame Flying Book?

What is realistically the lowest level one could tame this book mount? getting access to library, etc

To gain access to Library, you need minimum level 250. It would be possible to tame the book on this level, if you had friends / good team that could help you to get to Flying Book.

I'm pretty sure you can access library still if you de level after you've completed the quest. There is no level door along the way is there?

@Xarkost the entrance is a teleport-ish which should theoretically prevent a player below level 250 from entering. But even if it doesn't it would be very silly to suicide just to be a very low level with a Flying Book mount, specially due to its cost.

The teleport does not prevent a player from lower than 250 from entering. So I guess realistically the answer would be 250. Technically the answer could be 6 I suppose. It would be silly I agree but people do put Ferumbras hat on level 8s.

The minimum would be level 250 to enter the Secret Library site.

To reach the Secret Library, it is necessary to complete the access missions of The Secret Library Quest, it is clear that the site has dangerous creatures for a low level would have to ask for help from friends to get to the correct point.
