Is there any circumstance I can walk through an enemy during a war on Optional PvP?

There isn't much information on PvP on Optional PvP worlds. The manual does state "Furthermore, characters cannot walk through characters and their summons with whom they are at war".  Does this mean under no circumstance I would be able to walk through a member of the guild I am in a war against regardless of my current PvP combat mode?

Once two guilds open a war, all members from both guilds are NOT available to pass trhough each other at any circunstances
