Sadly you cannot make Light Stone Shower Rune (adori infir mas tera) or Lightest Missile Rune (adori infir vis) in Dawnport. I checked the spell list in-game and also from Tibia's website and these rune spells aren't on the list, source: https://www.tibia.com/library/?subtopic=spells I researched for a while to see if we were able to ever make these runes before and I don't have any record of that for Dawnport. Maybe they opted against us being able to make the runes because they wanted to make the runes special. However, you can buy these runes from the NPC Hamish in Dawnport. The light stone shower rune sells for 25 gold and the lightest missile rune sells for 20 gold. You can also get these runes by passing through the Druid, Paladin, or Sorcerer pathway when testing out vocations on Dawnport. I do know that the only NPCs in Dawnport that are able to hand you out free additional spells depending on your level are from either Garamond or Ser Tybald. Garamond provides spells for Druids and Sorcerers and Ser Tybald provides spells for Knights and Paladins. Here's a list of spells you can get depending on your vocation and level in Dawnport:
