I have an Elite Knight lvl 148 at this very exact moment. I decided to apply an imbuement for Intricate Void (Mana Leech lvl 2) on both, my axe and helmet, however, it is not resulting as I expected, perhaps there's something I am misunderstanding.

With these, I get 10% mana leech with a chance of 100%. Now, let's put an example.

I get surrounded by 8 Lizards Chosen and I use Exori Gran. Let's assume I hit 500 with the Exori Gran. This means that I should gain 50 mana points for each Lizard Chosen since 10% of 500 is 50. Since I have 8 Lizards on me, that means I should gain 400 mana points (50 x 8 = 400). Exori Gran has a cost of 340 mana points, So, as far as I understand, if I have 400 mana points, and then I use Exori Gran in this scenario, I should spend 340 mana points and then recover 400, which should leave me with 460 mana points.

So pretty much, unless I am missing something about the formula behind this, my mana bar should fill up when in scenarios like this one, however, It is not happening like that. Of course, I notice some improvement vs having no imbuements, but I would definitely say I am not leeching 10% mana of my damage dealt.

Please let me know if there's a part on the formula I am missing or what is your experience so far with imbuements. Why am I not getting more mana when this scenario occurs?

in test server when mana leach was tested was exactly like that, you hit 500 you get 50 back of mana, independent if it was 1 target or multi target but it was to powerful, imagine a mage hitting an avalanche for 600 damage on 10 monsters would get 600 mana back x hit, so they decided to make it less powerful, with a single target damage you get the 10% if you mele hit with your weapon and do 500 dmg you get 50 mana back, but if you do a exori more monsters you hit less % of mana will return  to give you a example it work +- like this:

1 monster = 10%
2 monsters =5,8%
3 monsters =4,1%
5 monsters =3,1%

hope it helps

Leech formula is as follows:

100% Leech for first monster hit, additional 10% for each subsequent monster

For example, if you hit 1 monster, you will Leech 100% (damage * leech percentage), when you hit 6 monsters, you will Leech 150% (100% + 5 * 10%)

=(damage*(1+(#monsters-1)*0,1))*%imbue

=(damage*(1+(#monsters-1)*0,1))*%imbue  This part confuses me :(

I think that if you suppose a fake damage it will become more clear. Let's take as example 1000 damage, 50% life leech and see how it works with 1 monster and 8 monsters around you.

For one monster:
Leech(1) = (1000*(1+(1-1)*0,1))*50%
Leech(1) = 1000*50%
Leech(1) = 500

For 8 monsters
Leech(8)=(1000*(1+(8-1)*0,1))*50%
Leech(8)=(1000*1,7)*50%
Leech(8)= 850

Did you mean mana leech and not life?

I was really referring to life leech, considering 2 imbuements 25% leech each. If you want to do the calculation with mana leech, just put your mana leech % on the eequation. Powerful mana imbuements provide 8% each, so if you have two of them just put 16% and find out.

ps.: you can check it anytime on  the supported tibia fansite http://www.tibiapal.com/leech

sorry, I just find out that the main question is about manaleech, but for my lucky it works exactly the same for both.
