Why I can't change my christmas token?

I try to change my christmas token for the teddy and ruprecht dont give me teddy anybody can help me please?

1. Take the Christmas Tokens with you in your backpack
2. Go to Vega Island
3. Find NPC Ruprecht
4. Say Hi - Turn In - The name of the Item you want. If you're not sure about the item you want there's a list of items at this related TibiaQA question- (What items can I obtain by trading my Christmas Tokens?)

First, you need to know exactly what is the item name that you want. Make sure about it being one available on Ruprecht's list.

Also, you need to have the appropriate number of tokes for the chosen item.

Last, but very relevant, don't forget to have enough capacity for the item.
