Why is NPC Avan can't be selected in the "Trader Selection" Menu on the Supply Stash?

NPC Avan is the one who buys Creature Products in Ingol, these items can be sold to Avan or Yasir and they can be stashed but I can't select NPC Avan in my supply stash. Is this an error?

Only some of the most popular trader NPCs were added to the stash list. This is intentional since there are too many NPCs that buy items and the list would be too big with all of them, so NPCs that only buy a handful of items will not appear on that list.
