At what level range is it better for an EK to use an Ornate shield over a Prismatic shield?

I understand that this will depend a lot of how and what you hunt, but looking for some advice on at what level range you should really switch from the Prismatic Shield to the Ornate Shield? Looking for advice from EK's who have experience, not just what it says on the Wiki please

Ornate shield is now 100k at Antica so it's super cheap. Justy use it since you get cash for it and 130lvl.

Ornate Shield - 130lvl required, better % for physical

Pristatic shield - 150lvl required, less % for physical

So it's better to use ornate especialy if youre going for TH with full chest of mobs. The only adventage of prisnatic shield is price.

I'm sorry, can you explain what you mean by the term TH? The only thing I can think that TH means is Two Handed which really cant be right
