What are the chances of getting ice flower seeds from an Ice Flower?

During the Thawing mini-world change in Svargrond there's Ice Flowers you can use and they become Harvested Ice Flowers. Do you always get ice flower seeds from them, if not what are the chances of getting the seeds? (In your experience)

In my experience I got one ice flower seed after using all the ice flowers in svargrond spawn but if you want something more about statistics I was able to find this chart on a fansite-
