How does cancel invisibility spell exactly work on hardcore PvP worlds?

I've been playing Tibia on non-PvP since I remember, so I'm curious how exactly does this spell work. Does it destroy Stealth Ring (ring dissapears) or maybe player have to put it on again?

This spell only makes the other player visible again but if the player still has mana or other stealth rings in it’s backpack the player can be invisible again, only in retro hardcore, retro pvp and hardcore pvp has the chance of breaking the ring..
