What are the safe places on Roshamuul?

I'd like to start hunting in Lower Roshamuul. Unfortunately, sometimes there are too many monsters. I heard that there are several safe places where you can hide. Where are these places located?

There is "safe" places with no monster that I know on Lower Roshamuul.

LOWER ROSHAMUUL, BEFORE BRIDGE

The exani hur down place at the west, right here:

To come to this place you will have to use the spell "exani hur "down" on the following sqm:

And the safe spots at East, down of the following stairs:

NOTE: When you do go down from any of this downstairs you will appear in a place with no monsters, but take care cuz after some time you could be sent to a place with also not monsters but there is some active lava holes that will hit you, as the image shows below:

At lower Roshamuul there is 8 places that you can go where there's no monsters:

The blue marks are the marks of the stairs you can go.

The pink mark is a place were you can go but you have to use the spell "exani hur "up/down" to enter and leave.

And the big yellow mark is a place where you can enter after you complete the First Mate Mission of the Roshamuul Quest.
