What is the most efficient route when hunting Upper Roshamuul?

I wonder what the optimal (or just a decent) route would be when hunting Upper Roshamuul. Since it is so much bigger than Nightmare Isle it feels less intuitive how to run and where to make pulls.

You could tell us your level, skills, class, if you are going to hunt alone or in a group, if you are in a group with how many members, if you focus on earning money or experience, what are your items, if you have complete bestiary, which runes you have. I think your question would be more complete with this data.

The route starts in the depot, The arrows show the direction of the route and the green dots are places to stop and kill groups of monsters (about 8-10 at every stop), it is one of the most popular routes on this spawn.
