It is not my case, but I'm curious: If Cipsoft permanently banned an account and the person banned can prove somehow that the banishment of the account wasn't fair or that it was a "set up" (for example, the accuser reported a sentence out of context), would be possible to contact Cipsoft, show the proofs, and revert the delete? Or it depends on what is the rule violation being contested?

First of all, there is no such thing as a permanent banishment. Account banishments always take a set amount of time after which the player can play again. I will assume that you are talking about the account deletion.

You can complain about every entry that is in your rule violation record and you have 60 days to do so since the day the punishment was issued. If you believe the punishment was unjustified for any reason, just click at the complain button at the corresponding entry and explain the situation. The same goes for account deletions as stated in the game manual.

Account Deletions
Account deletions are the most serious punishment in Tibia. They are only handed out if a player has violated the Tibia Rules
repeatedly and/or in a very serious manner. Please note that unlike other entries in the rule violation record, entries that result in account deletions do not have to be acknowledged by the account user in order to proceed. However, as with any other rule violation record entry, players whose accounts are about to be deleted are granted a 60 days complaint period.

Of course, I believe it rarely happens that a player is undeleted, as it's not in their business to delete players and lose customers. Therefore, if the account deletion is issued, they must have a strong proof that the punishment is justified. Mistakes do happen though, as we are only humans.

Once time, long time ago, I was perm banned = deleted for 1 whole week, It was more people then me around 50 on Antica in total. It was hard to know what was the reason because few of us didn't have nothing in common. But after many mails etc we all go back to Tibia, and received voucher as I remember well. So you always need to try if you are not guilty.

Interesting. Just curious, what was the accusation brought up against all of you?

I'm not sure how to answer this but I'm sure you mean by banned... deletion? And I'm sure you could always email them to try to get it resolved if you were ever deleted. Each case is different, but as mentioned they might have strong proof.

I never saw that a punishment was reversed (Permaban) not once in the life, in the mail it only tells you that the punishment was already applied and that you must read the rules.

Especially because a permanent ban implies that you broke the rules several times or that it was serious.

Interesting. So we never had such occurrence in the past?

At least I never saw it.
