Can I invite another personal email that I own using the "Tell-A-Friend" system with the intent of being rewarded?

One of the modalities of the "Tell-A-Friend" system is intended to work as a recruitment of new players, where inviting a player that buys a product from the Webshop or from an official Reseller (TC consumption is not rewarded) will grant the invitation sender a reward!

However, can I use this system above, invite another email that belongs to me and do the required steps to reward the account that sent the invitation link to me?

Yes, you can! I asked the customer support of Tibia and they answered me about the subject. I also made sure to repeat the question in details in order to avoid any kind of misinterpretation from my part (I censored my name):

Hello (censored),

Thank you for your request.

This is a common process that is legal and will not be punished.

Yes you can invite yourself and create and invite as many accounts as you want.
