What were spell scrolls?

Question

Can you tell me what spell scrolls were? 

• Were they an item?
• Was any vocation allowed to buy them?
• What spells could you get out of them?
• Do they still exist - My assumption is no?

Any other facts about spell scrolls are more than welcome.

We can read on Tibia Fandom:

 Spell Scrolls were used in the past as a way to learn spells. Back then, paladins could buy a Summon Creature Spell scroll and use it when paladin advanced to magic level 16. Spell Scrolls are not sold anymore, however some characters that learned spells exclusive to other vocations from spell scrolls existed until Update 10.55 when vocation requirement was also applied while casting spells, not just while buying them.

Scrolls were deleted from the game because knights were to strong. There were avaible scrolls like:Great Energy Beam , Summon Creature , Great Healing and Ultimate Explosion.

If you want to have a look at some of the spell scroll history, head to Thais Troll cave and check out the locked rooms near the postman quest body / the hidden Champion Troll level - you'll find a small bedroom with a scroll and a magic light wand, this is where the "utevo lux" spell scroll quest used to be

in truth they were eliminated because the knights did not manage to obtain an ML 8 therefore they were at a disadvantage compared to other players, in addition there were some Rp that had spells such as the energy beam and it was extremely powerful. If memory does not fail me, no gentleman managed to use the scroll of Ultimate Healing
