What is the best strategy to kill Leiden fast?

Question

Healing this boss by casting Mass Healing and using Ultimate Healing Rune (Item) is the fastest way to kill it. Avoid using elemental damage as it heals the boss. There is also an alternative way to kill the boss by attacking Wine Cask (Creature) which will summon Liquor Spirits which will then cast area spells that will damage Leiden.

Cults of Tibia boss, Ravennous Hunger, has it's pre-stage - Leiden. I know about those two tactics with healing him with runes / mas res and attacking the Wine Cask. But ...

The fastest way to kill it is to bring mages and IGNORE THE WINE CASK.

Lure Leiden south and trap it beside the teleport, make everyone in  the team, including EKs, use UH in the boss, Druids should use MAS RES + UH.

This way Leiden will die VERY fast, and Ravennous Hunger will respawn. 

Then just kill it with ice wave/gfb/energy wave.

Yes, I'm aware about this strategy, but sometimes when we kill it with cask, Liquid Spirit evaporates 10 times at once, and sometimes only once, twice. It's the fastest strategy IMO, but what exactly triggers it?

Leiden and Ravennous Hunger

When you pull the lever, you will find Leiden with yellow life. Do not use any type of attack at this stage as it will heal with the elemental damage it takes, at this stage it is immune to physical attacks and also summona 02 Barkless Fanatic. Head to the north of the room where you will find a Wine Cask.

Attack it with physical attacks, because unlike Leiden this type of attack is the only one that Wine Cask is vulnerable to, until it summons Liqour Spirit. Keep Leiden close to the Wine Cask and attack only Liqour, until it evaporates doing high damage and taking Leiden's life.

When the Liqour Spirit evaporates, attack the Wine Cask again to summon another Liqour Spirit and repeat this process until Leiden dies. Avoid using area attacks of any kind, as even when attacking the Liqour Spirit, any damage Leiden takes will increase your life. So try to always focus on single target attack until the Boss moves on to its second phase. When he dies, the Ravennous Hunger will appear, unlike the first part, he cannot stay close to the barrels, because now the Liqour Spirit heals the boss at this stage instead of doing damage, the boss now also summons until 06 Mutated Bat. There is another, faster way to change Leiden into Ravenous Hunger.

First you need to put fire bombs in front of the cask. Then one person need to stand exactly like player Fairy Fox in the picture, and the other in the place where the Spirit is. We attack the cask to summon Spirit in the right position between the barrel, the wall and players above. If the Spirit cannot move, fire bombs attacks faster, then Leiden goes down faster.

The other strategy is to running with the Spirit on fire bombs near Leiden.
