What is the best strategy to kill Ashmunrah  with a mage 290? There is knew any % of drop the  Holy Scarab?

You can summon your monster and stay on energy bomb with Dwarven Ring. You can also add some death protection to your equipment like Koshei's Ancient Amulet and  Moon Mirror.

If you don't use summon, make 2x Demon Skeleton on the left and right to focus  Magicthrowe on them and stay in the middle on the  energy bomb.

I'm not sure because I didn;t play for a while. But I think it depends also of amount of people online.
