How many houses can I have per account?

Question

As the topic says, there is a limit of houses that you can have per account? As I know is only one house per char, so i case I have 20 chars in my account I could rent 20 houses too?

Since November 19, 2019 up to three houses per world per account are permitted. Before this change it was possible to own only one house per world per account. Despite this change, however, only one house transaction (bid or transfer) is possible for each character at a time.

It means that you can have three houses on your account on the same world. And for example 4th house on another world.
