When should I open treasure chest in Liquid Black Quest?

I'm confused because I don't know when I can open treasure chest in Liquid Black Quest. The boss is selected randomly (Tanjis, Obujos or Jaul) and remains for that day only. At server save the boss will be re-rolled. After killing the Deepling guardian at least once, I can open the chest by his lair to receive an additional reward. My friends told me that I shouldn't open treasure chest after killing one boss.

My question are:

When should I open treasure chest in Liquid Black Quest?

You should open your treasure chest in the last day of the 3rd stage in Liquid Black Quest. Why? It's simple, you can enter only one boss per stage. If you kill for example Jaul and you will take your reward, then the next day you won't be able to enter Tanjis or Obujos. If you wait with your reward till the last day you will be able kill all 3 bosses (if they spawn of course) in 5 days. Sometimes it can be only 1 boss per stage. You have to check everyday which boss spawned if you want to kill them all. Of course if you have killed all 3 bosses already you can also take your reward earlier than in the last day.

If you check it, you will see that when to open a chest is a matter of strategy. 

You can open a chest right after killing a boss, but then you will be giving up the possibility of killing the other bosses.

But, at the same time, if you kill more than 1 boss, and wait to open a chest after, you will be "owing" chests. Meaning that in future weeks, you will have to do Stage 2, just to be able to open chests in stage 3, from bosses you killed days before.

That happens because you can only open 1 chest per Stage 3, despite the amount of bosses you killed. So, if you kill all 3 bosses in a single stage 3, in the next one your options will be limited, because you will only be able to kill the one that you opened the chest of. The other 2 will be blocked, until you open their chests.
