Does the Dracolye Statue discharge after you charge it with an emerald?

I have a question about the Dracolye Statue  When you use a small enchanted emerald on it you get .  I remember that after a while the statue was charged it will lose the enchantment.  Now I have the statue in the depot for a long time and it's still charged. Does the Dracoyle Statue remain charged forever after you enchant it with a small enchanted emerald? Or maybe it will only discharge when I put it to the house?

The enchantment duration is 8 days. It doesn't count when the statue is in the depot.

Think she was trying to say when your statue is inside depot the time doesn't count.

Is it inside of your depot? I would recommend to try to use it outside of your depot. The mechanic of this item seems to be similar with the flower pots that you can grow with a seed and needs to water it outside of the depot.
