Is it possible to unlock all charms?

I heard that the bestiary doesn't have as much points as needed to unlock all charm points is this true?

on the Polish website tibiopedia.pl you have a tab where you can mark your bestiary. After the conversion, all the monsters in the game give us 16415 points (is save this number there).

Wound - 600 points

Enflame - 1000 points

Poison - 600 points

Freeze - 800 points

Zap - 800 points

Cripple - 500 points

Curse - 900 points

Parry - 1000 points

Dodge -  600 points

Adrenaline Burst - 500 points

Numb - 500 points

Cleanse - 700 points

 Bless - 2000 points

Scavenge - 1500 points

 Gut - 2000 points

Low Blow - 2000 points

Runes costs 16 000 in total, so it's seems possible.

So, YES is possible unlock all Charms.
