What happens to my house if I lose premium?

Let's say I turn free account and have a house in a premium area, if I renew my premium do I still have the house, or do I lose the house?

Houses are for premium players only and not free accounts. "In the case your Premium ends, you will lose the house at the next server save. However, you will still be able to transfer the house to another player while you are Free Account (the transfer always happens before the house could be lost, if both are set to happen at the same server save)." Here's some additional information about when you lose Premium. When the Premium Time on your account expires, the account will become a normal free account again:

• you will lose all special Premium benefits such as your houses, your promotions will be suspended, you will not be able to cast Premium spells and you cannot visit Premium areas anymore.
   
• If you should decide to buy more Premium Time, all features will be reactivated, so you do not need to buy the Premium spells or promotions again.

• You will keep all items, even those that were stored in your house when your Premium Time ran out. These items will simply be transferred to your depot's inbox.
   
• Your characters' skill values and experience levels will remain unchanged."

im almost sure that after the updates on house now you have some days extra to put premium to your character in order to don't lose either your house nor your guild.
