How can I get a "Fireworks in shape...."

Question

I seen today "new?" fireworks with number on it. Depends of the number on it the firework had another name like "Fireworks in shape 0"

my question is how can I get those fireworks?

You can fill a Fireworks Capsule with it to make a numbered Fireworks Rocket:

• Fireworks in Shape of '0'
• Fireworks in Shape of '1'
• Fireworks in Shape of '2'
• Fireworks in Shape of '3'
• Fireworks in Shape of '4'
• Fireworks in Shape of '5'
• Fireworks in Shape of '6'
• Fireworks in Shape of '7'
• Fireworks in Shape of '8'
• Fireworks in Shape of '9'

 There's a chance you'll get one when adding Grainy Fireworks Powder  (Uncommon) to a Fireworks Capsule (Uncommon) These are dropped by these creatures ONLY during the Winter Solstice Event:
