I read that I can vote in Oramond for respawns and get points so I can sell items in NPC, but how does the votes work? How can I vote?

There are 3 steps:

  1. Get voting rights
  2. Voting
  3. Promoting

How do you to get voting rights?

You must complete tasks around oramond. There are many different tasks you can do but the easiest ones are:

  • Collecting Juicy Roots (which can be found in the minotaurs respawn of oramond): Collecting means to click them successfully, you don't actually need to keep the roots on your bp. Every 5 roots you collected you can exchange in NPC Chavis for 1 voting right.
  • Doing communication breakdown task: You just need to ask for the task to NPC Doubleday, go down in the sewers of oramond and go and click 3 times the slimy valves of one of the generators to get 3 messages about different colours. Once you get them you need to click the levers next to the machine in the right order and take the vial of water  by 'using' it (once in your bp, don't move it or put back in the floor). You need to report back to the npc every time. In exchange he gives you 1 voting right for every 'vial of water' you bring to him.
  • Once you have the rank of citizen a really fast way of receiving voting points is by exchanging glooth capsules to NPC Elbert. He gives you 1 voting right for every 5 capsules.

How do you vote?

NPC Marvin (located on the Magistrate) will allow you to vote for different topics.

The number of topics increases when you increase your rank in Rathleton. The topics per rank are:

  • No rank:
    • Shortcut: You can vote to have a shortcut in oramond from the minotaurs, the fungi or the catacombs.
  • Commoner Rank:
    • Shortcut
    • Dungeon: You can vote to have golems, minotaurs or wrath of evil in the 'catacombs respawn'
  • Inhabitant Rank
    • Shortcut
    • Dungeon
    • Boss: You can vote to make one of these bosses available to kill: Lisa, Bullwark or Glooth Fairy.

You  deliver the voting rights by saying: Voting - topic - (name of topic) - Your choose inside the topic - number of voting rights you want to use - yes.

How do you get promotions and what does this mean?

  • Before you vote, you have no rank in Rathleton and you have no rights.
  • When you use 50 voting rights, you can ask for a promotion to Chavis, and get promoted to Commoner Rank, this allows you sell creature products from oramond to npc Alaistar and to enter in the Catacombs of Oramond
  • When using 150 voting rights in total, you get promoted to Inhabitant Rank, what allows you to sell weapons and armors to npc Flint.
  • When using 300 voting rights, you will be promoted to Citizen Rank and able to access rathleton fast from the 'ship' skipping the minotaurs of the way by stepping in the slime slide near the boat and the one to the east of the depot. You will be also able to cross the tp to the Glooth bandits respawn.
  • When using 500 voting rights, you become Squire Rank and allows you to start the quest 'hero of rathleton quest'

Hi there,
thanks for the explanation. There's this part I don't get.

Say if I accumulated 10 voting rights, I can use them every 14 days.
So if I voted twice using these 10 voting rights, does it mean I have 20 voting points?

Thanks again.
