How can I get Bunch of Reed?

Question

Recently I noticed that a lot of players use Ground Reed as a decoration in their houses. All I know about this item is that I have to use Bunch of Reed on a millstone.

How can I get Bunch of Reed?

Any map will be appreciated :)

In order to get a bunch of reed , you need to cut Reed (3rd stage of reed!) with a Scythe , a Machete , a Heavy Machete  or a Secret Agent Tool . You can find Reed in Issavi for example here

Worth to mention, that we can cut only 3rd stage of reed. I had problem with it, because I went to the nearest place with reed - south form the city (without crossing the bridge) and there were only 1st and 2nd stage. I used Secret Agent Tool, a Scythe and nothing! I din't know what's wrong xD
