Can I be kicked from the game due to inactivity while typing a text in an item or browsing in the Market?

If I am typing a text or story in a writable item or in the market while browsing it, can I be kicked from the game due to lack of activity? Or does it count as a valid activity?

Yes of course. The same applies if you are browsing the market. It happened to me a few times.

The same when I stand still and write with friends. In my opinion, this is also a matter of activity in the game. Is a bit frustrating.

Yes, you can! By my own experience, you can be kicked while typing a long text in an item! But there is a way to avoid that! Simply make sure to hit ok after typing for a while, save you text and do some action in game. Due to some reason, the client does not accept the text as an action unless you hit ok during some intervals... Strange. The same applies to browsing the market or talking to friends in game.
