Are market fees reimbursed if my offer expires?

Is there any difference between cancelling an offer or having it expire naturally for the game? I want to know if I can get the fee money back if my offer expires?

I assume that it won't happen, but maybe the fee returns to you... I've never tested it.

No, the fee doesn't return to you then too. It is like paying for a place at the auction so that you don't have to place an advertisement, that's why it is paid and non-refundable.
