I was wondering which dolls are the rarest in game? If someone could provide a list of dolls ordered by rarity it would be great. It would be even cooler if their price could be added as well.

Gamemaster Doll is not obtainable in game anymore, so I wouldn't compare it to other ingame dolls, which you can easily loot from bosses. If Gamemaster Doll is on the list, why not to add fansite items (dolls). I would keep only obtainable dolls on the list. :)
