Can you get a ban if the BattlEye blocks some files in your computer?

If the blocked file is a trusted program and is not related with Tibia, you can get banned for it?

Not necessary. BattlEye can block other files from other games by mistake o because it can be related with another program who can enter in conflict with it.

In regular cases you can still playing with the file blocked (If this is not related with Tibia).

In the most of cases the file is a .dll
