What are the mounts I can tame and whats is the chance of break the ítem?.

With Music Box you can tame:

•  Dragonling
•  Draptor
•  Enraged White Deer
•  Ironblight
•  Magma Crawler
•  Midnight Panther
•  Wailing Widow
•  Wild Horse
•  Panda

It have a 100% success rate, so you can't break it and creatures don't run disappear (Run away).

Dragonling, Draptor, Ironblight, Enraged White Deer, Magma Crawler, Midnight Panther, Panda, Wailing Widow or Wild Horse.

Usually, not recommended to tame some creatures like Panda, Wild horse, Wailing Widow, Magma Crawler, Ironblight and Enraged White Deer, because the items in itself to tame those specific creatures are a lot  cheaper, and those creatures aren´t as rare as the others, good luck.
