"Guess the date of upcoming update" - but how?

Question

Before every update Cipsoft used to make a poll called "Guess the date of upcoming update".  Ten winners are drawn from the correct answers. Reward is quite interesting and rare - CM Token

Long time ago I heard rumors that it is easy to predict this day, since Cipsoft usually implements updates on Tuesday etc.

Do you know any way to guess this date?
