How to utilize "Convince Rune" for something useful?

Using the convince rune can have a modern and useful reason nowadays? I guess some people used it back in the days to acquire summons from a Sorcerer or Druid, but what would be the reason to have it nowadays? It is just a "fun rune" to have? Do Free Accounts can use it somehow to any benefit? (since they lack so much, maybe they can use this rune in a way to make up for that difference between a Free and a Premium)

Well actually there are bosses that needs this runes to be used, for example Hellgorak you will need to convice the "bonebeast" that hellgo summons so you can deal damage and there is also a stage of Ferumbras last boss that its need to convice creatures to kill that form of Ferumbras on that stage.

interesting.... Do regular Free Account hunting (under level 100) can use it occasionally? Maybe a knight or a paladin at any situation, like convincing a DS in order to hunt Dragons (I'm just imagining, actually I don't remember about any spawn with DS and Dragons on free area)
