How many times is necessary to do Rafzan's task in order to make his room change from "poor version" to "rich version"?

I would like to pick up the pendulum from his "rich room version". I have been doing the tasks for some days, but the room keeps being the poor version.

So how many days or tasks must be done in order to change it?

Can It be done by one person only in several days or X amount of tasks must be done at the same day?
