Menacing Egg is a very rare loot that drops from the final boss of  Heart of Destruction Quest  the World Devourer . By using it you get the mount Vortexion .

It is really rare, more than Ferumbra's Hat in Ferumbra's Ascendent Quest. I know only one team that already got it.
