Why are tomes rare items now and what are their prices? (For example: the Blue Tome)

Most of the tomes are now rares. Why this is happening nowadays? What are the prices?

BLUE TOME

They were reward from the old Demon Legs Quest, which was replaced by the new Demon Helmet Quest. Blue Tomes are obtainable only as a gift from the gods, bought from players on older game worlds or as a reward from contests of supported and promoted fansites.  Prices: 50-100kk

Since Updates/8.4 Blue Tome is now loot from Ghazbaran.

GREEN TOME

Once obtainable on the Isle of the Mists long ago, Green Tome can still somewhat easily be seen on Antica since probably over 100 of them exist there. They Can be also gotten as reward on fansite contests. Prices: 100-200kk

GREY TOME

This tome used to spawn once each map reset a long time ago in Mintwallin. Actually this is the most expensive, because they are less of them , no monsters or bosses drop it and actually can only get it by winning some contests. Prices: 400-550kk

How about newer worlds were launched after the tomes were removed from spawns? Does that make green and grey tomes the same price since they would only be obtainable through fansite contests?
