How do you safely trade items over 100kk to other players that cannot be sold over the market? This mostly pertains to Fansite items.

You cannot trade over 100 items over safe trade, and 100kk is 100 stacks of 100 Crystal Coins. Which also includes about 6 backpacks to carry it all, which means 106 total items.

I'm a little confused about how people trade these items around!
