What to do if NPC on Issavi don't trade with you?

The npcs of the Issavi will stop trading you its items after you kill sheep, as some of Svargrond do if you kill huskies.

But what can you do to ask for 'redemption'?

There are 4 guards around the city that can 'forgive' you for the price of 1k gps. The only thing that you must say is 'sheep' to them and accept the payment.
