What are the looting odds for Isle of Evil bosses?

These items are some of my favorite items in the game, but finding people who do Isle of evil and then even get them seems really low. I was wondering if anyone knew the odds from the mini bosses for getting certain items. Is each item from them an equal chance or is it harder to get these items? I looked on tibia wiki but the loot statistics don't seem to exist with a sample size of only 5 kills for Doctor Perhaps and 5 for Monstor. The market price also reflects this as I have bought for less then 10k and found others trying to sell them for 500k+. Just seems like an unpopular quest and I am trying to find if maybe someone has done this quest a lot.

I got both item and doed the quest 5 times to loot it. As little rare, the price is just fixed by the seller and buyer.

Also those items and the Scythe of the Reaper are the more hard to get.

Friend, I made this Isle of Evil 3x, got pretty much the same loot's (I'm so lucky), I think the variation of values has relationship with people who stream (have a different armor) with that, we took advantage! haaha
