I've noticed that monk weapons typically don’t have elemental types like fire or ice, and I was thinking that imbuing them could be a workaround for that. However, I have a few questions about how this would actually work in gameplay:

  1. If I imbue a physical monk weapon (like through an Elemental Bond or another effect), does that override or add to its normal damage?
  2. Does an elemental bond affect only my spells, or would it also change the damage type of my physical strikes with the bonded weapon?
  3. If both the weapon and the bond have different elemental effects, do they stack, override each other, or interact in some special way?
