In short, many tibians are considering about buying chars with bestiaries on Bazaar and rooking the poor ones back to Dawnport, this way they might start the new 5th vocation with juicy bestiary points as a fresh start.

However, I wonder if a rooked char keeps all the runes previously opened or if the char gets their full points back once rooked and can open runes as they wish. I know that people keep charm points, but I can't find information about how the runes are dealt with after the last bestiary update in Tibia.

When you rook a character in Tibia:

  • Charm Points: Retained after rooking.
  • Bestiary Entries: Retained after rooking.
  • Outfits and Mounts: Only store-bought outfits and mounts, along with the Golden Outfit, are retained.
  • Items: Items in your Depot are kept, while any items you had on your character will remain in your inventory when you rook.
  • Quests: Reset after rooking.
  • Runes: While there is no specific mention of rune progress in official sources, since charm points and bestiary entries are preserved, it is likely that your progress in unlocking runes may also be retained.
