Are the furniture items sold by the NPC Coco player bound?

Question

Are the furniture and decoration items sold by coco for chocolate coins tradeable to other players or are they bound to the character as store type items?

I bought the Chocolate Fountain, and it is not bounded to the character. 

I believe that the other items are not bounded either, but I cannot say for sure.

After speaking with some other players, it appears the candy bed is also tradeable as furniture kits, unfortunate to have items which cost so much not bound to the characters like orcsoberfest rewards! I'm going to assume all of the items would function the same way unless someone can provide a different answer.
