How often agony hits in Azilon Catacombs?

Basically the title. The 4.5%hp agony damage occurs how often exactly?

For 10000hp character that is 450dmg if that is every turn it is quite a lot

You will take damage every 20 seconds. And it is equivalent to 4.5% of your current hp and not total hp:

16:12:38 You lose 337 hitpoints due to your own attack.

16:12:58 You lose 336 hitpoints due to your own attack.

16:13:18 You lose 337 hitpoints due to your own attack.

16:13:38 You lose 337 hitpoints due to your own attack.

If you deliver more Demonic Core Essences and advance in rank, the percentage of damage you take will be even lower. For more information:
