Does Tibia give the players any signals about Secret Achievements?

Some secret achievements well known these days seems crazy to discover without a hint, to mention one example of what i'm talking about, the achivement "Something's in there" You get it by walking through fallen trees in Port Hope. 

How do players discover secret achievements? Are there any kind of hints?

Unfortunately, there are no hints. And that's why some secret achievements haven't been discovered yet.

Some are discovered by accident, others because they're related to things that players do on a regular basis.

New secret achievements are usually related to new content. So when a new update is released and it comes with new secret achievement(s), achievement hunters always end up trying the craziest things possible in an attempt to discover them.
