How are Inferniarchs connected to the preexisting Tibia lore?

For instance, Candia from the previous update was an extension to the dreams continuum of Roshamuul (nightmares) – Feyrist – Candia. Moreover, its preexistence in the world was hinted by Captain Cookie:

Player: cockaigne
Captain Cookie: When I heard the story about the cockaigne as a kid, I just knew it must be the truth. A land of milk and honey must exist, and one day I'll find it!

(I don't remember where exactly I read about this research.)

Provided that the new quest has no other requirements than a minimal level, how is it connected/embedded within the large Tibian lore? What previous NPC statements or books could be reinterpreted as to refer to the new land?
